An entrepreneur at heart, Brandan Teague understands business owners because he is one.
Over the past 17 years, Brandan has built his practice from the ground up — without acquisitions, inherited books, or purchased relationships. Today, he and his team serve more than 50 businesses and 200 families, advising on over $310 million in assets under management — growth achieved organically through trust, performance, and long-term relationships.
Brandan specializes in working with high-net-worth business owners, particularly those within ten years of an exit or liquidity event. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), he helps clients strategically prepare for transitions — seeking to maximize enterprise value, reduce tax exposure, structure retirement income, and preserve wealth for the next generation.
His philosophy is simple: build the relationship, do the right thing, and work relentlessly for the client.
Approximately one-third of the firm’s advisory work focuses on corporate retirement plans, and two-thirds centers on individual wealth management and retirement income planning. Whether guiding a business owner through an exit or helping a family structure tax-efficient retirement distributions, Brandan and his team operate as an extension of the client’s leadership team — often serving as the household CFO.
The firm’s growth from $45 million in assets in 2016 to over $310 million today reflects a disciplined commitment to best practices, client service, and retention. Client relationships are long-standing, referral-driven, and deeply personal — a result of proactive planning, accessibility, and hands-on guidance through every stage of the journey.
In 2025, Brandan earned the CEPA® designation, expanding the firm’s capabilities in exit and succession strategy. He continues to hold securities registrations with LPL Financial and advisory registration through PSI Advisors, LLC, along with the AIF® designation. He has also been recognized within the Ascend Class at LPL — representing the top 5% of advisors nationwide for production, service, and overall client experience.
A former collegiate baseball player at Auburn University and graduate of University of Tampa’s John H. Sykes College of Business, Brandan brings the discipline of athletics into his professional life — preparation, accountability, and execution.
He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Carrollwood Day School and is an active member of Idlewild Baptist Church. Brandan and his wife, Angela, have been married since 2014 and are raising their two children in Tampa. Outside the office, he coaches his children’s sports teams, enjoys golf, and spends time hunting and fishing.
For business owners preparing for their next chapter — or families determined to safeguard what they’ve built — Brandan and his team strive to deliver clarity, structure, and execution without compromise.
